Welcome to planDisney Helen!
A visit to Walt Disney World in the springtime is a great idea! Stop by EPCOT to enjoy the
International Flower & Garden Festival. Nothing says "spring" like gardens, topiaries, and seeing everything in full bloom.
I want to make sure I understand what happened with your plans. You purchased tickets,
linked them through
My Disney Experience, and made
Theme Park Reservations. Then you think your tickets were canceled. Because of this, you purchased a second set of tickets.
Let's start with the Theme Park Tickets getting canceled. As
tickets cannot be returned/refunded, I am not sure how your tickets would have been canceled. Please review your account closely to make sure you do not have 2 sets of tickets linked to you and your travel party.
To check exactly what you have booked currently, go to your My Disney Experience account. Under "My Plans" you will see everything that is locked in including any room reservations, Dining Reservations, and Theme Park Reservations. To see your tickets, check under the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab when you are in "My Plans."
If there is any question to what you have after examining your My Disney Experience, give a call to a friendly Cast Member at (407)939-1936 so they can review your plans with you. With your vacation just a few weeks away, I want you to make sure everything is in order.
Feel free to stop back to planDisney if you have any other questions about making plans for your upcoming vacation. Good luck!
Cathy
