Hi! If tickets were bought using the "Will Call" pick up option, can they be picked up at the hotel front desk or does it have to be one of the parks?

Hello, Hector!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Well, it sounds like a Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner.  Start preparing yourself for all the MAGIC that will soon surround you and your family.  Trust me when I say there is nothing like it.  I love this place and I know you will, too.

Upon check-in at your Disney resort, head on over to the concierge desk which will be located in your resort's lobby.  A Cast Member will be able to assist you with your tickets.  Although this can be done at your resort, you are also more than welcome to visit Guest Services at any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks or Disney Springs.

Now before I let you go, I highly recommend you and your family visiting the Disney Springs area.  This is the place to be when you are looking for gifts to take back home to family and friends.  If you are anything like me, I personally enjoy grabbing a couple of items just for myself, too.  Looking for a great dining experience?  Well, look no further.  You will find some great dining experiences around every corner.

Thank you so much for visiting with me today.  Should any new questions or concerns arise, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again.

Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"
