How can I get my tickets I bought March 2020 if I only have the confirmation number? I tried to click on the link to get my tickets but it says the page is no longer available.

    Hi Sihomara,

Sometimes things don't go quite as expected, like when your Starspeeder takes off without a pilot on Star Tours – The Adventures Continue, which is always one of my must-do attractions in Tomorrowland.

I'm sorry to hear that you're trying to access your tickets and it's not going as expected for you. I'm hopeful, though, that just as with your Starspeeder, you'll see a successful landing, and you won't need C-3PO at the controls.

I have two ideas for you to try. The first idea I'll suggest you try is to take a look at your Disney account and see if your tickets display for you. You can check online in your "Ticket and Reservation Details" area, or open up your Disneyland Resort mobile app and check the "Tickets and Passes" area.

The second idea for you, if you don't see your tickets displaying, is for you to try to link them again to your Disney account. You can do this on the website or through the Disneyland Resort mobile app.

If those two ideas do not work out for you, you can reach out to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. The Cast Members on the team can help you with your tickets. You can also reach out to Cast Members through the "Chat with Us" feature in the Disneyland Resort mobile app.

Sihomara, once you do get your theme park tickets linked, you'll want to be sure and make your theme park reservations to visit the parks.

Now let's hope you're off to enjoy all the magic. Your adventure is just beginning!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
