We have tickets that we bought last year that will expire on Jan 12, 2022. Can we get a refund since we will probably not be able to make it there before then and who knows, we may not even be allowed to go before then? Please let me know of my options

    Hi Julie,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question.  I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to use your Theme Park Tickets, hopefully as out of state and international guests, we will be able to get back to the "Happiest Place on Earth" soon.

Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable, but don't worry, your Theme Park Tickets won't go to waste.  If you are unable to use your Theme Park Tickets prior to their expiry date, you will be able to apply the value of your wholly unused Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Admission.  If you have specific questions regarding your Theme Park Tickets I suggest calling Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be able to assist with your Theme Park Tickets.  They will also be able to facilitate the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets when the time comes for you to visit Disneyland Resort again!

While we don't have an exact date for when Disneyland Resort will re-open for out of state and international guests keep checking the Disney Parks Blog as well as the official Disneyland Resort website for any new updates concerning the phased re-opening of Disneyland Resort.  You may still be able to squeeze in a visit prior to your Theme Park Tickets expiring.

I hope you found this information useful, Julie.  Please come back and visit us here at planDisney if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
