Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question - though I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble linking your
theme park tickets to your MyDisney account.
If you haven't tried it yet, I typically recommend attempting to link through the
Disneyland Resort mobile app, which you can access by tapping the menu button (the three horizontal lines in the bottom right of your screen) then selecting "My Tickets & Passes." Once you then tap "Link Tickets & Passes" then you'll be able to type the ticket ID manually or use your phone's camera to try and scan the barcode.
If you've already tried these two options and it's still not working then you'll want to
reach out directly to a Cast Member at the Tickets line. Since we planDisney panelists are Guests - like you - we don't have access to any of your account or ticket information and are therefore unable to see the specific details of your situation, but a Cast Member will be able to help diagnose exactly what the issue is and let you know how to address or resolve it.
