    I have tickets to the boo after hours. We are unable to make the trip down due to Covid concerns we have. Is there a way to get refunded because of the current situation?

    Hi there, Brook! Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your visit! I am so thrilled to hear from you, as we have similar travel situations! My family and I had Disney After Hours Boo Bash Tickets we booked for a fall trip, only to later have to cancel the trip altogether. I contacted Guest Relations regarding this, and they told me that if the Ticket remains unused, its value would stay on my account and could then be applied, at the Cast Member’s discretion, toward Tickets to a future party or experience! At this time, I am working on planning our next getaway at a time that works for our family, and I hope to be able to add an After Hours experience to the itinerary at that time!

    If you are ready to discuss a similar option, call Disney Reservations and discuss with one of the fabulous Cast Members. There are sometimes waits on hold, but I will often place Bluetooth headphones in my ear and listen to those amazing Disney hold tunes while getting things done around the house, which makes the wait go much more quickly!
