Hi David! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
If you purchased your Disneyland Resort
admission tickets directly from Disney, your tickets are available to link immediately. You should have received a purchase confirmation e-mail, which includes ticket ID numbers. If you haven't received your e-mail or have lost it, please speak with a helpful Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line, who can do some digging to help you retrieve your information.
With some Disneyland Resort packages purchased through third parties, however, you don't receive your digital tickets and any extras that were a part of that package until a few days before your visit. If that's the case, you can check the terms of the sale or contact the seller directly to find out when you can expect to receive your digital tickets.
The process to link the tickets is an easy one, which I'm happy to walk you through. You can link your tickets on the website by signing into your account and hovering over "My Disneyland" at the top of the homepage. Select "Link Tickets" and enter your ticket ID number on the next page. If you have multiple tickets to link, click "Add Another ID Number" until you've entered them all, and click "Continue" when you're finished.
You can link your
MagicBand+ on the
Disneyland mobile app. Tap the three-bar menu at the bottom of the app and select the "MagicBand+" tile. On the next page, you should see a button to "Add MagicBand+. Follow the instructions to link your MagicBand+. Please be aware that only the newest version of bands work at Disneyland Resort. I think you'll find the bands to be convenient and an immersive addition to your vacation.
With your tickets linked and a valid
theme park reservation, you should be ready to enjoy a day of magic at the parks!
Have a great time.
Elizabeth
