I have tickets in august for Disney world and the Halloween party. Due to COVID-19 are they allowing cancellation of the Halloween tickets?

Heigh-ho Heather! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We're so happy you stopped by with your question, and I'd be happy to assist you today.

As we all journey into this whole new world of phased reopenings in Walt Disney World, there are so many things to be excited about. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite seasonal events of the year in the Disney Parks, and I hope to attend in August. Visiting the Magic Kingdom Park at the end of summer always puts me in the mood for autumn. I love to take in the fall decorations as I walk right down the middle of Main Street U.S.A!

At this point, Heather, there has been no official announcement made regarding refunds or cancellations for tickets to this year's spooktacular event. If your summer vacation plans have changed, I suggest calling (407) 566-4985, and a member of the ticket services team may be able to offer some further assistance.

As the reopening of Walt Disney World approaches, I recommend keeping your eyes on the Walt Disney World website and following the Disney Parks Blog on social media for official announcements and detailed information as the Most Magical Place on Earth prepares to welcome guests back home. If there is anything else we can do to help make your next vacation dreams come true, come back and see us again; adventure is out there, and it's never too soon to start planning!

Have a great, big, beautiful tomorrow,
    Betsy
