Hi we had tickets to attend Disneyland today but had a family emergency and was not able to attend. Is there a way to still be able to use our tickets and go another day?

Hey there Shina! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'd be happy to get you an answer.

I'm sorry to hear about your family emergency that kept you away from your Disneyland Resort trip. I hope that everything is okay. The good news that I can share with you is that you definitely are able to still use your tickets for another day. You would just need to go into your Disneyland account and select new theme park reservations for your tickets for the new date.

The only issue you may have is if you purchased lower-tier tickets and the new date you want is for a higher tier. If this is the case, you would need to upgrade your tickets. Currently, upgrades can be made at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth. If you have any specific questions about your ticket type or need help finding your ticket tier, you can contact Ticket Services.

As you look into dates for a visit, be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog. This is where all of the new and exciting announcements are made for park happenings. You can also check out the Entertainment Schedule to see if any of the nighttime spectacular performances will be going on that day. I'm so excited for Main Street Electrical Parade to be back!

Shina, I hope this information brings you some good news and you can look into planning a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth soon.
