Hello, Pamela!
Welcome to planDisney! We are thrilled to answer your question and help you plan a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
I am a big fan of
My Disney Experience and how I can use it to plan and share details of my visit with family and friends. This handy feature also allows Guests to reassign unused tickets to Guests they are connected with via
My Family & Friends. Please note that after reassigning a ticket, you will still be able to view its details and the Guest it is currently assigned to by
signing in to your Disney account and visiting
My Tickets & Memory Maker. I have recently reassigned tickets to my sister and husband, and although I cannot reassign them to another Guest or back to me, I can still view them under My Tickets & Memory Maker because they are linked to Guests added to
my Family & Friends list.
If your friend reassigned tickets to you, it means your accounts are connected. If you cannot see your tickets, I recommend asking your friend to check their Disney account under
My Tickets & Memory Maker to see if it was reassigned to you or maybe to another Guest in their
My Family & Friends list. I once accidentally reassigned a ticket to my father, so I had to contact him to ask him to reassign it back to me, and then I was able to reassign it to the correct Guest. If you still cannot find the tickets, you will have to contact Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 for assistance.
Thank you for sending your question our way, Pamela. I hope this information is helpful and that you can locate your theme park tickets!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
