Hiya, Javier! When it's time to book your
Lightning Lane passes, it means your trip to the
Most Magical Place on Earth is on the horizon. Second star to the right, and away you go!
Now, I could continue with my adoration of Peter Pan, but the challenge with your Lightning Lane passes is going to take faith, trust... and tech support. The good news: I checked with a Cast Member who let me know that, at the moment, the Lightning Lane Multi Pass is available at all four theme parks on these dates, and all of the Lightning Lane Single Passes are, too.
First, I would try again. I know it is a simple option, but sometimes, the Lost Boys come out to play, and things go slightly awry. There's no explanation other than pirate ghosts in the machine.
Next, I would check the dates of your theme park tickets to ensure they are for the correct dates. You can find this under "
My Plans." Scroll to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and open the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab. You can also find them on the
My Disney Experience app. Open the main menu (the "≡" at the bottom of the screen) and select the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Under each ticket in your account, you should see the number of days remaining on your multi-day ticket and the date range they are valid.
If your tickets are for different dates, you can modify them online. You can just follow the prompts to select the new dates and complete the transaction.
If your tickets are for the correct dates and these days are greyed out when you try to buy Lightning Lane passes, you can call the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ line. A Cast Member will need to look at your account to try to see what is causing this issue.
I wish I could provide more concrete assistance to help you resolve this quickly. I hope everything is available and you can enjoy the Lightning Lane passes for the attractions you want. If we can help with any other questions, please fly back by
planDisney.
