    I have 11 tickets on my app. I would like to move 5 tickets to my daughters Disney app and 4 tickets to my sons Disney app. Leaving just two on my app. After they add the app to their phones, how do I move those tickets so that they can use the Disney Geni

    Welcome to planDisney, Douglas! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question for us.

    Transferring an unassigned Theme Park ticket is as easy as can be, but before we start, I need you to double check that you haven't accidentally assigned the tickets to anyone else in your party. Once you're ready, we can begin! 

    The first thing you need to do is make sure that both your son and your daughter have opened Disney accounts of their own through the My Disney Experience mobile app or the Walt Disney World Resort website. Keep in mind that they need to be over 13 years of age in order to open their own accounts! If they already have accounts, your next step will be to add them to your Family & Friends List.

    To do this, simply open your My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of your screen, scroll all the way down, and click on My Profile. Once here, switch over to the Family & Friends List tab and scroll down once again. Now, click on Add a Guest, followed by "I'll enter their name and age". Make sure to fill in all of the required information, and click on Add Guest when you're done. You will need to repeat this process for them both! If your son and daughter are younger than 13, however, you will be able to create profiles for them by simply entering their names and ages. This way, you'll have to manage all their plans yourself.

    When you've added them, they should receive an email which will prompt them to accept or reject your invitation. Ask them to accept it, and voilá!  Both of them should appear on your Family & Friends List. Now, you will be able to share plans with them, as well as see their future plans even if you aren't included in them. In order for you to transfer the tickets to their names, all you need to do is go back to the Welcome page in your My Disney Experience mobile app and click on Tickets and Passes. Here, you should see all of the tickets linked to your name. Go ahead and click on the first ticket that you'd like to transfer over, and click on Reassign Ticket. Remember to follow the steps and be super careful when picking the Guest you're assigning the ticket to!
