    i have my tickets already, there are plastic like a credit card. I want to upgrade them to hoppers. Can i do this online?

    Hello Keith!

    So glad you could stop by to see us today!  Ticket upgrades can not be done online.  Simply take the tickets to any ticketing or Guest Relations window when you arrive at Walt Disney World.  They'll be able to complete your upgrade in a matter of minutes and you'll be good to go!  I prefer visiting the Guest Relations office in the Downtown Disney Area as we typically head to DTD on our first night.  This way we're not waiting in a ticketing line the next morning and can head straight into the parks.
