I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble trying to assign Theme Park tickets to your family members, but Hakuna Matata! No worries, because I will do everything in my power to help you out today.
Donna, if you've been trying to assign the tickets through the My Disney Experience mobile app, I am going to ask you to switch over to the
Walt Disney World Resort website. If the tickets were assigned to you,
you will need to reassign them through here! To do this, hover over the My Disney Experience tab, click on My Plans, and scroll down until you see My Plans, Reservations and Tickets. Now, switch over to the Tickets & Memory Maker tab and scroll down once more.
Here, you should be able to locate all your tickets! If you're able to reassign the tickets to someone else, you will see a "Reassign Ticket" box right next to them. If you don't see this box, you will not be able to reassign the tickets by yourself. This essentially means that you will need to
speak to a Cast Member at 0800 16 90 730 in order for them to get it done for you.
