I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble making a
theme park reservation for your desired date. Be sure that you linked the
tickets to your Disney account on Disneyland.com or with the
Disneyland mobile app. I think the easiest way to link tickets and make reservations is with the app. If you haven’t already downloaded it, I recommend doing that now because it’s a valuable asset to have when you’re navigating the theme parks!
Open the app, log in to your account, and then tap the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol. Tap “Link Tickets & Passes'' to scan the barcode for each ticket or enter the ticket ID numbers manually. Once your tickets are linked, select “Ticket and Reservation Details” and then “Make Park Reservations” to select an available date and confirm your plans! Please keep in mind that the available park reservation days that are displayed depend on the type of ticket you purchased and linked to your account, so they could vary from what you see on the
Theme Park Reservation Availibility Calendar. If you followed all these steps and are still unable to make a theme park reservation for a day you think should be open for you, please call (714) 520-6222 to speak with a Cast Member who can help.
