I have all of our tickets on my account. My son can see everything on his app, however my wife can see nothing. When we try to link her account to mine it simply adds her as another person on the friends and family tab. How do I link her into my account?

    Hi David, welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on answering magic's call to Walt Disney World Resort during the 50th Anniversary Celebration!

It sounds like your wife needs eyes on everyone's plans in My Disney Experience. You've successfully added her to your Family and Friends list, which is a good first step. Adding your wife to your Family and Friends list means she can see the vacation entitlements (tickets, park pass reservations, dining reservations, etc) connected to you and her. The next step is to make sure your wife is connected to everyone in your planning party. To do this, start by making sure your Family and Friends list is shared. In the My Disney Experience mobile app:

    1. Click the three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen.
    2. Scroll down and click "My Profile."
    3. Click the "Family and Friends List."
    4. Scroll to the bottom and make sure "Yes, share my Family and Friends list." is selected.
    5. While you're at it, click on your wife's name on your Family and Friends list and make sure "All My Plans" is selected to give your wife eyes on all vacation entitlements associated with your account.

In your wife's My Disney Experience mobile app, access her Family and Friends list and click "Add a Guest." "Find through my connected Guests" is automatically selected, which should allow her to connect with the other members of your planning party, including your son. If not, you may need to restart the app. A request to connect must be accepted by the individual(s) selected before they will officially appear on your wife's Family and Friends list.

If you created a My Disney Experience profile for your wife when making your ticket purchase and you would like to link those reservation entitlements to her My Disney Experience account, that's a horse of a different color. To do this, access your wife's name on your Family and Friends list (listed as "Plans Managed by Me") and click "Send Email." Enter the email address associated with your wife's My Disney Experience account and the plans you've made for her will be automagically transferred to her account. She can then proceed to connect with Family and Friends as listed above.

I hope one or both of the scenarios I've covered provides the answer you seek, David. If not, please feel free to follow up with as many specifics as possible.

    Plan magic; planDisney.
