Hi Kimberly,
Welcome to planDisney! I am always happy to say hello to a fellow North Carolinian!
First things first, make sure you are connected to that person through the
My Family & Friends List in
My Disney Experience. As long as they have their own My Disney Experience account, you should be able to
reassign any unused tickets to them. I have reassigned tickets in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. If you open the app, click on the three bars on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, and then click on Tickets and Passes. If a ticket can be reassigned, you should see an option to Reassign Ticket just under the ticket icon in the mobile app.
If you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort, I do have a few additional tips. Make sure you have reviewed the details about
Disney Genie service. This new service is designed to enhance our experience in the parks and resorts. Keep an eye on the
operational updates for changes to
theme park experiences,
resort reopening info, and
dining updates.
Kimberly, I hope you get those tickets reassigned. If you cannot reassign them and they are unused,
contact a Cast Member by phone. They should be able to investigate further with the specific ticket info. If you have a trip planned, I am sending a little extra pixie dust as you pull out your superhero packing skills to get ready for a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
