How can I get my tickets?

    Hi Kelsey,

    Welcome to planDisney!

Well, any question about theme park tickets to the Walt Disney World® Resort is a question that I am delighted to answer! If you need to purchase tickets, you can purchase them online or you can contact a cast member to inquire about New Tickets. If you already purchased your tickets, they should be linked in My Disney Experience.

If you need to make sure your tickets are linked, from the Disney website, log into your account. From there, you should be able to click on My Disney Experience, then click on My Plans, and then, if you scroll down, you should see a tab for Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker. If you click on that tab, any tickets that you have linked to your account should appear there. If you are using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you should be able to click on My Tickets & Passes to see your linked tickets.

If you have theme park tickets but they are not linked to your account, you need to link them. In the mobile app, once you click on My Tickets & Passes, you should see a plus sign in the top righthand corner of the page. If you click on that plus sign, you should see an option to Link Tickets & Passes. From the website you can click on My Disney Experience, then click on My Plans, click on Park Tickets, and then click on Link Tickets.

Remember to check the type of park tickets you have to be sure you do not need theme park reservations. And, since you are a Florida resident, I also suggest that you check out the annual passholder options if you have not already reviewed those. It might be worth it for you to get the annual pass! I am a member of the annual passholder family and love the discounts on select dining, merchandise, and Enchanting Extras Collection experiences. Just be sure to review the blockout dates for each annual pass on the Admissions calendar.

Finally, if your tickets are linked and you are wondering about how you actually use them to enter the park, I suggest using Disney MagicMobile Service or MagicBand+. Even though MagicBand+ is an extra charge, I prefer using MagicBand+ so that I am not on my mobile phone as much while on vacation.

Kelsey, I hope this information answers your question! In the meantime, keep up the practically perfect planning!

    Magic and memories,
