Hi there, James!
Thanks for your question, I'm sorry that you're having a hard time locating your tickets. I'll do my best to help you track them down!
If you purchased your tickets on the Disneyland website they should already be linked to your Disney account. The first place I would look is the
Ticket and Reservation Details page under the "My Disneyland" tab on the website. Click on "
Make or Modify Park Reservations" and you'll be able to see any existing theme park reservations you have.
You can also use the
Disneyland Mobile App to see your tickets by tapping the "☰" and selecting "My Tickets & Passes" from the main menu.
If you don't see your tickets in either of those locations then you can check your email for a link to view your
Disney eTickets. Tickets can be scanned from your mobile device to enter the park, but it's still a good idea to
confirm that you have theme park reservations as soon as possible.
For a little extra help locating your tickets, you can
call the "Tickets" phone number to speak with a Cast Member.
Did you feel that disturbance in the Force? That's the start of something powerful and new! The
Season of the Force just launched at Disneyland Park and I am so excited about the new characters (and droids!), experiences, snacks, and more that are currently cruising in the park. Make sure you take a flight with
Star Tours - The Adventures Continue to see what mysterious new destinations are on the itinerary. Then you can head over to
Hyperspace Mountain to enjoy a mission with the most inspiring music in the galaxy!
May the Force (and your park tickets) be with you, James!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
