Well hey there Dino, and welcome to planDisney!
From the sounds of it, it looks like you need some help locating your
Theme Park tickets over at Disneyland Resort and with all of the
new ways to access the magic through today's technology it can definitely be confusing for folks who might be more familiar with the days of Disneyland's
all-paper prehistoric past.
Nowadays, when you purchase your Theme Park admission you're more likely to receive what is known as a
"Disney eTicket" which is sent to your email in Adobe PDF digital format, with a barcode for you to be able to print out at your convenience or show on your mobile device when you open it prior to entering the turnstiles at either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. I've noticed that when you purchase these tickets on the website it notes that these may not necessarily be received immediately and
in the event that tickets haven't been sent your way at all, it may be a good idea to
call and speak with a Disneyland Resort Cast Member directly. I reached out to their Guest Relations team who let me know that it's also possible for you to pick up physical tickets in person at any Disneyland Resort Box Office with appropriate identification and printed order confirmation as well as the original credit card used to purchase your tickets.
On my most recent Disneyland Resort trip this month we had used the services of our incredible travel professional and Authorized Disney Vacation Planner to purchase the tickets on our behalf, which were also available on our
Disneyland Mobile App for us to easily scan our way into the Theme Parks. (This could be an easier option for anyone looking to simplify the experience and not have to worry about locating their tickets for future trips!)
Hope you have a Dino-mite time at Disneyland Resort next month!
