    How can I get my e tickets

    Juana, it sounds like you've already purchased admission to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks - excellent! You should have received a confirmation email at the time of purchase. The confirmation number contained in this email can be entered into the Walt Disney World Resort website or in the My Disney Experience mobile app to link your admission to your Disney account. To link your theme park admission using the website, simply log into your Disney account and select the "My Disney Experience" tab. Next, scroll down to the section titled "Juana's Plans and Tickets" and hover over the "Park Tickets" icon. Select "Link Tickets." Enter the confirmation number from your email and select "Next." Then, choose which Guest will be using the ticket. Continue following the prompts to link your admission to your account.

    To link your tickets using the My Disney Experience mobile app, open the app and navigate to "Tickets and Passes." Click the "+" icon in the top right corner of the screen, then choose "Link Tickets & Passes." Select "Type ID" and, under the Admission Media banner, enter your confirmation number in the "ID Number" box. Click "Link Media." Then, follow the onscreen prompts to link your theme park tickets to your account. Juana, if you encounter any technical difficulties with the linking process (web-based or app-based), you can reach out to the helpful Cast Members at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line for assistance.

    Before your visit, I encourage you to familiarize yourself with the functionality of the My Disney Experience mobile app! The app offers several resources that help Guests to maximize their time in the theme parks. Mobile food and beverage ordering allows Guests to place orders at participating dining locations for quick and easy pick-up, and Disney Genie+ service enables Guests to make Lightning Lane entry selections, minimizing their attraction wait times!
