how to I see my tickets?

    Hi there, Dustin,

That’s a great question. Disney eTickets to the Disneyland Resort theme parks seem to want to stay safe and secure but in an out-of-the-way place. The only way to directly see them online is through the link sent to you in the theme park ticket purchase confirmation email. If you don’t see your email in your inbox, I recommend double-checking the spam or junk mail folder, just in case. The best place to find your tickets is in the Disneyland mobile app. You can find them by tapping on the “Tickets and Passes” tile from the app’s ☰ feature menu. You’ll need to make sure you log in to the same Disneyland Resort account used to make your ticket purchase and theme park reservations.

Speaking of park reservations, those can be checked in the mobile app within the “Future Plans” view accessed from the ☰ feature menu. Or if you’d prefer, you can visit the "My Theme Park Reservations" page online. That is also a page where you can potentially view your eTickets, albeit only indirectly. If you still have remaining days on your tickets to book park reservations, or if you cancel an existing park reservation, you can return to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page and click the “Book Theme Park Reservation” link. You’ll then see a “Create Your Party” screen where you can select the eligible park tickets to include in a new park reservation.

When it’s time to head to the Disneyland Resort, the eTickets accessed from the ticket confirmation email can be printed out and scanned at the entrance of the park where you have your first reservation. Or I recommend using the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the Disneyland app to display the eTicket ID code to be scanned in.

Tony’s Tip: If you want to take your ticket experience to a whole new level, you may want to consider purchasing an optional MagicBand+. With a MagicBand+ linked to your account, you can associate it with a ticket. I like to use my band because it means I no longer have to fumble for my ticket card in my wallet or worry about switching to the Disneyland mobile app to find my pass on my phone.

The MagicBand+ is more than just a fancy ticket. It also takes us deeper into the stories of the Disneyland Resort by displaying lights and emitting haptic vibrations that correspond to our surroundings in select attractions and during select shows. It can also be used to link photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers. My daughter’s favorite part about the MagicBand+ is how it is used to hunt down bounties in Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters. With just my account, I can link and manage all of my family’s MagicBand+ devices and associate each with a different park ticket.

I hope that clears up the mystery of the missing tickets, Dustin. If you have any more questions about your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort, we are all ears. If you happen to feel like getting answers from a uniquely Utahn perspective, there are even two of us from the Beehive State on the 2023 planDisney Panel.

    See you real soon, Dustin!
