We have a ticket from 2 years ago. Guest Services gave us a number and told us when we come back show this number and our I.D. We are coming back in December. How do i apply this ticket and make a reservation to the park?

Hi there, Ray! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for stopping by to see us! I’m glad to hear that you have a Theme Park Ticket from a prior trip and that you’re ready to take your next Want Disney World vacation!  Just like that Disney magic you know and love, these Tickets were there waiting for you the whole time!

The next step would be to take your Ticket reservation number and log into your My Disney Experience Account. Then, from the “My Plans” page, you will select “Add Tickets” and enter the number there. Once you’ve done that, you will be able to link your Tickets to each Guest traveling with you, provided that they are listed on your Family & Friends account. Once you’ve done this, you can go ahead and make Park Pass Reservations! The only reason you’d need to bring your photo ID will be if you do not already have Park Pass Reservations or Admission Cards linked to your account. If you have them linked, you can use those for admission to the Theme Parks! If you do not have a MagicBand or Admission card linked, you will need to stop by either the turnstile or one of the Ticket Centers at a Theme Park or Disney Springs to obtain Admission Cards.

Ray, I hope that this information helps you continue planning your next Walt Disney World vacation! Please know that we are here every step of the way, so do not hesitate to come back and see us again!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
