    Is my ticket still valid?

    Welcome to planDisney, Stefanie! 

    I hope you’re excited for your upcoming December vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Get ready for a whole lot of EARidescent fun during the 50th Anniversary Celebration! You’re going to have a ball! 

    There are a few ways for you to check the validity of your ticket! The easiest way for you to do this is to log in to your My Disney Experience Mobile App, select the three lines icon at the bottom of your screen, select the “Tickets and Passes” icon, and from there you’ll be able to see your tickets. 

    You should be able to see a “Valid Through” date and a “Days Remaining” number at the bottom of these digital tickets. If you still have days remaining and you’re within your valid dates, then your tickets are good to go! If you have partially used tickets and it’s after their listed expiration date, those tickets are not valid, and will most likely be gone from your “Tickets and Passes” page. If your tickets are wholly unused and it is after their expiration date, you can put the value of those tickets toward another ticket. It’s easiest to call a Cast Member at (407) 934-7639 to sort things out.
