You are just weeks away from your arrival at Disneyland Resort and it sounds like you're having some trouble with theme park ticket reservations. Oh boy! That's no fun. I just took a look at the
Theme Park Ticket Reservation Calendar and it does look like there is some availability for Disney California Adventure Park on October 3, 2022, at the time of writing this. Reservation availability is fluid since Guests are constantly booking and canceling reservations. If for some reason you look at it's unavailable again, just keep trying. I've had some luck getting very last-minute reservations the night before I want to arrive.
Another option would be to reach out to
Ticket Services and upgrade the one park per day ticket to a park hopper ticket if the availability is better for park hopper tickets.
