I have ticket but ticket number isn’t working while trying to make reservations

    Hello, Lissette,

Uh oh! I hope Experiment 626 (AKA Stitch) hasn’t been causing more mayhem. I hope I can offer a few ideas to help you get on your way to a "world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy."

First of all, it may be worth checking if you already have the theme park reservations you need. You can do that by looking at the “Future Plans” screen found within the ☰ feature menu of the Disneyland mobile app. Or point your web browser to "My Theme Park Reservations." You may find that you already have park reservations that were booked when you originally purchased the park tickets. Make sure to log in using the same account you used to purchase your tickets.

If you don’t see park reservations linked to your account already, you can try to return to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page and click the “Book Theme Park Reservation” button. If your tickets aren’t linked to your account already, use the “Link a ticket or Magic Key pass” add in your tickets. You can find your ticket ID numbers by opening the “Access Your eTickets” link from your ticket purchase confirmation email.

If all else fails, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member with the Tickets phone line. Be sure to have your ticket purchase confirmation number or ticket ID numbers handy. And it’s a good idea to be ready with the latest version of the Disneyland mobile app downloaded to your mobile device as well.

Good luck with getting your ticket situation settled, Lissette. As you continue to prepare for your visit to the Disneyland Resort, I hope you will visit us at planDisney again with any more questions you may have.
