I am so sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your
Theme Park Tickets, Stitch has been really causing problems on the website! It sounds like you have already tried linking your Theme Park Tickets, so you may have to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be able to help get your Theme Park Tickets properly linked in no time. Before you call, let's walk through the process together, one more time.
- Sign in to your Disney Account on the official Disneyland Resort website.
- In the top right hand corner, hover over the My Disneyland tab and click on "Link Tickets"
- When you get to the next page, follow the prompts to enter your ID number and finish linking your Theme Park Tickets.
Once your Theme Park Tickets have been linked, they may not appear in your account, so try making your Theme Park Reservations regardless. If after following these steps, it is still showing that your Theme Park Tickets are linked to Walt Disney World Resort you will need to call and speak with a Cast Member.
