Hi Randy, welcome to planDisney!
I'm impressed by you. I teach my students and children the importance of sharing and I love my husband very much, but I'm not sure if I could part with a Walt Disney World theme park ticket. That's a gift that's wrapped in an EARidescent bow during the
50th Anniversary Celebration. It's a gift that includes access to the mindblowing
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind attraction at EPCOT and the heartwarming nighttime spectacular
Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom park. I sure hope you get to go, too!
Valid admission, a
theme park reservation for each person for each park day, and a
method of entry (MagicBand, admission card, or Disney MagicMobile pass) are currently required for theme park entry. A glance at the
theme park reservation availability calendar shows June park days are starting to fill up so it's important to get your ticket(s)
linked in
My Disney Experience as soon as possible to ensure your place in the parks.
Linking tickets purchased before 2010 in My Disney Experience requires a special kind of pixie dust only a Cast Member can provide. A Cast Member at the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands number, (407) 939-4357, would be happy to help you modernize the magic in that 2003 ticket, Randy. You should expect a wait as Cast Members are working hard to answer the calls of the many people answering magic's call to Walt Disney World. The phone lines are open 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
You can also speak with the Cast Member about reassigning your ticket to your wife in My Disney Experience. Generally speaking, wholly unused tickets can typically be reassigned. It would be helpful for you and your wife to be connected as
Family and Friends in My Disney Experience before you make the call.
I'm hoping that your kind gesture pays magical dividends, Randy. You are the magic!
Plan magic; planDisney.
