Calum from Cornwall Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My ticket says valid through 05/01/2023. But we don't get there until April 17t. Can I ask what the valid through means? If it means 5th January we don't get there till April. If it means 1st of May we have ready been.

Hello Calum, or as the age-old Cornish greeting goes, "Alright, Calum!"

It's always such a pleasure as the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney to welcome a fellow Guest from our side of the pond.  But, it also makes it especially supercalifragilisticexpialidocious when I get to offer some pixie-dusted assistance to a Guest who like me, also hails from the beautiful County of Cornwall.

Thanks so much for sharing your jolly 2023 holiday dates with planDisney!  April and the whole of Spring is such a lovely time of the year to visit the Sunshine State of Florida, and in fact, during your holibobs, you should be treated to the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival which typically takes place during this general timeframe.

It's great to know you've already purchased your Magic Tickets Calum!  It might help to understand that when our American friends use the turn of phrase 'valid through' it simply describes a time period between two dates or points in time.

Therefore, I believe from the information and dates you've kindly provided, your Magic Tickets could likely be valid from (or through!) April 17th, 2023 until May 1st, 2023.

However, as I'm unable to gain access to your Magic Tickets within your My Disney Experience account, it might put your mind at rest to speak in person to a helpful Cast Member who can fully confirm both your Magic Ticket length and period of validity/usage.

To connect with a Cast Member, please go ahead and dial the UK freephone number for Disney Park Tickets contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

Calum, I hope I've been able to provide a little valuable insight for you today.  Please do drop back to me here at planDisney if you should have any additional, or follow-up questions concerning your 2023 holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
