Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Julie!
It is a pleasure to answer your very first question, thank you for sending it our way. We are all excited that
theme park ticket sales for 2020 have resumed and Guests are welcome to plan their visits once again.
The Walt Disney World Resort is reopening following the guiding principles of enhanced cleaning, physical distancing and reduced contact to promote the health and safety of all Guests and Cast Members. That is why some Disney Resort hotels are not scheduled for reopening yet, but you can
find a list online of hotels currently open and accepting reservations, as well as information on the hotels that are scheduled to reopen in the weeks and months ahead. It is important to keep in mind that given the current environment, reopening dates are subject to change and reservations could still be modified to other hotels if needed. If you have a reservation at a hotel that is still not scheduled to reopen, I recommend contacting Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 or your travel professional.
If you are thinking about visiting the Walt Disney World this year, I am happy to share that you are now welcome to book a 2020
vacation package at select Disney Resort hotels including theme park tickets. Please note that both valid admission and a theme park reservation via the
Disney Park Pass system will be required to enter one of the
parks, so I recommend checking
reservation availability before purchasing your package.
I hope this helps you while planning, Julie. Please come back to visit us real soon if you have additional questions.
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
