Hey there, Kelsey! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
I'm sure you're ready to hit the Disneyland Resort theme parks and grab your favorite Mickey-shaped treat! I'm sorry to hear that you have to change your plans. However, in these still uncertain times, you are not alone. Many Guests need to change the date of their visit, so I'm happy to guide you through the process of doing so.
The first step is to make sure that the park you'd like to visit still has openings for new theme park reservations. Take a look at this
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see which parks are available for booking each day. On my end, I see plenty of availability for October, so I'd recommend jumping on these changes quickly to make sure your park reservation is taken care of sooner rather than later.
To change your theme park reservation to the new day of your choice, you'll need to cancel your current theme park reservation. Again, I'd like to stress the importance here of using that Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to determine if the park you want to visit is available on your new date. Once you are sure that it is, you can cancel your current theme park reservation by logging into your
Disneyland Resort account, hovering over the "My Disneyland" icon on the menu bar, then selecting "Ticket and Reservation Details." Select the reservation you'd like to cancel and click "Cancel Reservation." Once this is complete, you are free to
make a new theme park reservation!
During an October visit, you will be met with frightful fun at every turn! I personally could spend all day scouring the park for deliciously spooky snacks and sweet treats. Check out this
Halloween Foodie Guide to see which of the yummy fall menu items are must-haves for you during your visit!
Enjoy your time at The Happiest Place on Earth!
