Hello, Rosalva,
I’m sorry you won’t be able to make it to the Disneyland Resort when you originally planned. Rest assured, the magic of the Disneyland Resort will be waiting for you when you are available to visit again.
As long as your ticket remains valid, you may use it to schedule a new
theme park reservation. Use the "
View My Park Reservations" link to cancel any current reservations you won’t be able to make. Then, jump back to the
theme park reservation page and select the “Make Park Reservations” link for use with tickets you have already purchased. If your tickets expire before you plan to return for your next visit, reach out to the
tickets information line to work out options specific to your situation. Most wholly-unused tickets retain their original purchase value, which can be applied to the purchase cost of a new ticket of equal or greater value later on.
Tony’s Tip: If you don’t yet know when you’d like to make your new theme park reservation, keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest Disneyland Resort news. There have already been some exciting
announcements about returning entertainment options. Is there a nighttime spectacular or daytime show you are looking forward to? I’m excited about the return of the Main Street Electrical
Parade.
I wish upon a star that your Disneyland Resort dreams come true soon, Rosalva. Please stop by planDisney again with any other questions you may have.
