Hi, Jennifer!
Thank you very much for visiting planDisney this week!
I'm sorry you can't get to the
Disneyland Resort soon to use your ticket. I hope you can make the trip eventually. I'm a massive fan of the Disneyland Resort, and it's going to get
even cuter next year as
Disney celebrates its first century as a company that makes dreams come true.
Current ticket rules state that tickets are not refundable, but I'm glad to share that the rules also say that you can apply the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired ticket toward purchasing a new ticket at the current price. It's important to remember that the new ticket purchase price has to be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So even if you can't use your ticket before it expires, you can still use it in the future when you make your way to the Disneyland Resort.
Until you come, I recommend keeping the dream alive with a few Disney+ series. I love the documentary series The Imagineering Story, and I hope you'll also like it!
Please let us know if we can help you again, and we'll be delighted to see you again, Jennifer.
May the magic be with you,
Julie
