You should be able to reassign your 10+ ticket to a child in your My Disney Experience account
if the ticket has not been used yet. Log in to your account on a web browser and visit the “My Plans” section. Scroll to find “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” then select “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker.” Find the ticket you would like to reassign and click “Reassign Ticket.” A drop-down menu will appear with the list of Guests you are connected with through your Family & Friends List. You should be able to select any guest on your list, regardless of age. There are no refunds for the difference in price between the age 3-9 ticket and the age 10+ ticket.

Existing Tickets” for help getting your ticket linked to the correct person.
