    Hi Tracy!

        Disney's "Give a Day, Get a Disney Day" is a great opportunity to give back and help people out!  My son and I are going to volunteer together this month (January 2010).  It is so wonderful that you and your family have decided to volunteer too!

        Once your volunteer service is verified, you will receive a voucher in about two weeks.  This voucher equals a ticket or in reference to your question, if you have a voucher then you have a ticket.  You will have to take your voucher to Guest Services at the front of any of the Walt Disney Theme Parks or Downtown Disney to exchange it for your one day Park ticket.  You will need to show a form of identification such as your driver's license or a copy of your Birth Certificate (for children) when you exchange your vouchers for tickets.

    I hope that you and your family have a magical time volunteering and an even more magical time using your free Disney tickets!
