Hello and welcome to planDisney, Robert!
Thank you for sending your very first question our way! Our knowledgeable panelists are passionate about helping Guests plan magical Disney vacations with personalized tips and advice.
As the
phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort continues, all Guests with valid admission must make a park reservation in advance via the
Disney Park Pass system before visiting a theme park. In order to enter a park, both a reservation and valid tickets will be required for the same park on the same date for Guests ages 3 and up. We are going through unprecedented times and plans can change anytime. Once a reservation has been made it cannot be modified, but you are welcome to cancel it and book a new theme park reservation (subject to availability).
Before cancelling your reservation and making a new one, I highly recommend
checking theme park availability online. After confirming availability, visit
My Plans to find your original park reservation. Click
View Details and then
Cancel This Reservation. In order to make your new reservation, you will have to
create a party once again and select a visit date and park. Please note that theme park reservations are limited in number and subject to availability, and reservations are not guaranteed until they are finalized. I also recommend verifying the expiration date of your tickets before making a new reservation.
It was a pleasure answering your question, Robert! I hope this helps you while planning and that you have a magical visit.
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
