Hello, Lorel! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!
You'll be glad to know that many tickets that were purchased before the pandemic began have had their expiration dates automatically extended. For example, any unused, single-day tickets that originally expired on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021, have had the expiration date extended until December 16, 2021. To see the full list of ticket types that have had their expiration dates extended, visit the
"Tickets and Theme Park Reservations" page and scroll all the way down to the "Modifications and Cancellations" section.
If your tickets are still valid, the first thing you will want to do is link them to your Disneyland Resort account. You can do this on the
Disneyland app or by clicking the "Link Tickets" link under the "My Disneyland" menu on the Disneyland Resort website. Next, you will need to make theme park reservations for each day you want to visit. On the same
"Tickets and Theme Park Reservations" page linked above, click the "Make Park Reservations" button. If you have Park Hopper tickets, you will make a reservation for the park you want to start at each day and then at 1:00 p.m., you can hop to the other park.
If your tickets have already expired, you can apply the amount you spent on a wholly unused, expired ticket toward the cost of a new ticket at equal or greater value. You would need to do this at a Disneyland Resort ticket booth.
I hope this information was helpful. Have a wonderful day!
