Hi Dawn! You brought a great question to planDisney! Selecting the ticket option for children ages 3 – 9 occurs later in the ticket-purchasing process. I understand that initially, it appears that you are proceeding with a ticket purchase for 10+. I’ll happily walk you through the process so that you feel confident in finding the correct tickets.
Let’s start at the
Walt Disney World Resort website! Hover your mouse over the heading that states, “Parks & Tickets.” When the dropdown menu appears, click “
Theme Park Tickets.” On the next page to open, scroll down to the ticket option that states “Theme Park Ticket $109.00 / Day” and click the blue “Continue” button.
Next, continue to follow the on-screen prompts to select the number of days, choose your start date, and ticket type. After you enter all of that information, finally, the option to select the age-appropriate ticket type will appear at the bottom of the screen. You’ll see ticket options for ages 3 – 9 and another option for 10+. You’ll select the number of tickets for each age group and then proceed with your purchase.
There you go, Dawn! I hope these steps help you find the correct tickets to purchase! While you’re looking at purchasing tickets, you might also want to consider the
4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket or the
3-Day, 3-Park Magic Ticket! These are special ticket options that could save you some money during your planning! Just be sure the eligibility dates for the special offers coincide with the dates you plan to visit!
Dreams do come true!
