When ticket promos come up for Canadian residents (like the one now for 4 days) why is it that we cannot add the dining plan to our hotel package? Is this something our travel agent has to do or can we call disney direct?

    Hi Natasha,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question.

The Special Offer for Canadian residents for multi-day Theme Park Tickets is a really great deal, one that I’ve been recommending non-stop to my family and friends! That being said, sometimes it’s difficult to combine specially priced Theme Park Tickets with other elements of a Vacation Package. This is why, if you want to do so, I’d recommend contacting Walt Disney World Resort by phone in order to “untangle” your vacation plans.

If you’ve already booked your vacation with a travel agent, or you’re planning to use one, then you’ll need to see whether they’re able to combine your discounted tickets with your vacation package.  You can only contact Walt Disney World Resort directly if you’ve chosen not to deal with a travel agent.

I hope my answer helps you “untangle” your vacation plans. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
