Hiya, Alejandra!
Welcome to planDisney! The
Disneyland Mobile App is super handy, I'm so glad you're using it to prep for your next trip. I'm happy to give you some additional details about your tickets in the app!
When you link a
theme park ticket to the Disneyland app you'll be able to view it in the "Tickets and Passes" section of the main menu, just like you mentioned. If you see a message about no more days remaining then it usually means that either the ticket has been used or all of the available park reservations for that ticket have been booked. So if you have a future reservation that will complete the days available on your ticket, it may show on your ticket that there are no days available because you cannot make more park reservations.
You can always reach out to a Cast Member to verify the days remaining on your tickets! You can use the chat feature in the Disneyland Mobile App (this is my preferred method) or you can call the
Tickets phone number to speak with a Cast Member.
If you need to review your current park reservations you can find them on the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page or in the "Future Plans" section of the Disneyland Mobile App.
There are some really exciting things going on at the Disneyland Resort, Alejandra!
Mickey's Toontown is currently planning to reopen on March 19, as well as tons of new things for the
Disney100 Celebration—including two gorgeous nighttime spectaculars! I hope you'll be visiting the parks real soon!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
