In the ticket & passes section of the Disneyland app, why does it say 1 day remaining under my ticket barcode?

    Hi, Brandon,

I’m glad you are using the Disneyland mobile app as you prepare for your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort. Is it odd that I like to review the map to remind myself of attractions that we want to enjoy first and check out wait times in the days ahead of our visit?

I’m guessing you may have a one-day theme park ticket linked to your account. If that is the case, then the one day remaining would indicate that your ticket is good to use for up to one day of visiting a Disneyland Resort theme park (or two parks in one day if you have a Park Hopper ticket). That one day could be any day valid for your ticket through the ticket expiration date. If you happen to be using a multi-day ticket, that "days remaining" indicator may show how many more times you can use your ticket within its period of validity.

If you purchased your ticket directly from Disney, either online or in the mobile app, you should have received a confirmation email. That email includes details about your ticket’s expiration date. Should you need to cancel your existing theme park reservation for any reason, you may book a new theme park reservation to visit on another date for which your ticket is valid. For one-day tickets, you will want to make sure that your ticket tier level is valid on any new date for which you may wish to book a new park reservation. For multi-day tickets, be sure to carefully review the policies for expiration. Most standard multi-day tickets expire after all days have been used, 13 days after the first day of use, or after the expiration date listed in the purchase confirmation. Guests using a Southern California Resident Weekday promotional ticket may use those tickets for up to three valid weekdays through May 25, 2023.

If you will be visiting on your originally planned date you likely won’t need to worry about any of that. Instead, you can continue to browse the Disneyland mobile app for more information to help you get ready to visit The Happiest Place on Earth. That could include perusing dining menus, linking a new MagicBand+ purchased from shopDisney, or setting up your profile with a payment card to use for the mobile food and beverage order and Merchandise Mobile Checkout services.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Brandon.
