Hi there, Brandon! I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney with your question. As many Guests head back into the magic, I know so many just like yourself are using the theme park reservation system for the first time. Let's see what we can find out to get all your Disneyland ducks in a row ahead of your trip!
I'm happy to hear you have your
theme park ticket ready to go, and I'm also hoping we may have some good news about that
theme park reservation! If you purchased your ticket recently on the
Disneyland Resort website, you would have made a theme park reservation as part of the checkout process. If this is the case, when you are trying to make a reservation with that same ticket, you would receive an error message. Let's double-check! Open up your
Disneyland Mobile App and navigate to the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Future Plans" and you should see any upcoming theme park reservations. Crossing my fingers and toes and tossing some pixie dust that this is the case for you!
If you do not see the reservation and are still getting a similar error message, I would go ahead and give the
Guest Services team a call at (714) 781-4636. They will be happy to take a look at your ticket and your account to see how best to help you!
While you are getting your ticket and reservation sorted out and are starting to daydream about that park day ahead, I'd love to suggest giving a listen to the new
planDisney Podcast! This is a great way to get some inspiration for any upcoming trips. My fellow panelists are giving out their best tips and tricks for days at the Disneyland Resort, and there's even a special
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge episode that was filmed INSIDE the Millennium Falcon!
Brandon, if you have any more questions about your planning, feel free to reach back out to us at
planDisney!
Magic awaits!
Tara
