Hey there, Leisa!
Welcome to planDisney! I am so glad that you stopped by with your theme park ticket question. The countdown is on, and I am sure everyone is getting excited for your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Let's go over ticket transfer options so you can cross this step off your vacation to-do list!
If you have two separate unused tickets, they can be reassigned to a Guest on your
Family & Friends list in
My Disney Experience! There are some very important notes to keep in mind. If this is a single two-day ticket you are hoping to split between two people, I am sad to report that the ticket cannot be split among multiple Guests. I also want to mention that if a Guest has used any of the days on the ticket, you will not be able to reassign it, and only the original Guest will be able to use any remaining days on the ticket.
You can get started with reassigning eligible tickets on
the My Disney Experience app. Begin by tapping the three bars at the bottom of the screen. Choose the
My Tickets & Passes tile, and find the two tickets you are hoping to reassign. If the tickets are eligible to be given to another Guest, you will see a
Reassign Ticket option below the ticket details. Select this and choose the Guest you will be reassigning the ticket to. Follow the remaining prompts to gift the ticket in moments. If you do not see a reassign option and the ticket is unused, you may want to reach out to a friendly Cast Member with
Tickets and Hotel Reservations to check the ticket's eligibility for transfer.
We hope to see ya real soon!
