Hello there, Maria. Thank you for bringing your question to us at planDisney. We're so glad you're here and I'm happy to help with your question.
Oh dear, Maria. I'm sorry to hear that your niece is not feeling well. As long as the ticket is wholly unused, you can certainly transfer it to someone else to use. Keep in mind that
tickets cannot be sold, bartered or exchanged for good services or benefits. You can share the ticket ID number with the person you are transferring the ticket to and they can easily add the ticket to their
Disneyland app. This is easily done by tapping the three horizontal lines at the bottom right and then tapping the "Tickets and Passes" tile. They will then tap "+" in the top right and then "Link Tickets & Passes" to get to the screen where they will enter the ticket ID number.
No worries if the name doesn't match the new ticket holder as their picture will be taken by a Cast Member when they are scanned into the parks for the first time. This will serve as their ticket verification throughout their visit. If the ticket is a
partially used multi-day ticket, the remaining unused days must be used (by your niece) within 13 days of the first day the ticket was initially used.
I hope this is helpful, Maria. I hope you're still able to enjoy the Happiest Place on Earth and make some wonderful memories. If you have other questions, please come back and share them with us at
planDisney. I hope everything works out and I hope your niece feels better soon.
Michelle
