    I have a ticket that my niece purchased for me and I had to cancel going with them. I purchased a Salute Ticket in my name, so I could take my sister. I could only use the salute ticket if it's in my name. How can I change the name on my e-ticket?

    I understand you are a service member. Thank you for your family's commitment to our country.

    To use a Disney Military Promotional Ticket, the eligible Service Member or spouse must use one of the tickets purchased. Your sister can use one of these tickets, but you must also use one on the same day. To change the name on a ticket, you must contact the Tickets phone line and talk to a Cast Member. Before calling, I recommend having your Ticket ID Number on hand.

    Joann, did you know that you link your tickets to your Disney account? Please remember that you will need a Park Reservation for each day you plan to visit the Theme Parks. You can make or modify your reservations by visiting the My Theme Park Reservations webpage.

    Lastly, when you arrive at the resort, you can use the Disneyland Mobile App to enter the parks, place Mobile Orders, check attraction wait times, and more.
