Hey, howdy, hey, David! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. You must be thrilled that your trip to the
Happiest Place on Earth is just a few days away!
David, your junior Mouseketeers will not be required to show identification for entry to the theme parks, but generally it’s a good idea for the ticket names to match the Guests using them. For multi-day tickets, a Cast Member will take a photo of the Guest using each ticket, as only that Guest may use that ticket going forward. I wish I could wave my magic wand and update the names for you, but my powers do not extend this far. A magical Guest Services representative will be able to help you. Have you ever used the “Chat with Us” feature in the
Disneyland mobile app? You can drop your question in a message to them and you’ll receive a notification once a Cast Member writes back. They can help update the names for you. You could also contact Guest Services
via phone, but please be patient as they are busy helping many Mouseketeers with their questions.
There is something special to do for Guests of every age at Disneyland Resort. I am sure you have already checked out the
attractions; you’ll find the majority do not have height requirements, which is nice for families to enjoy attractions together! One of our recent favorites is
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure at the new
Avengers Campus – Peter Parker is looking for new recruits to help wrangle the Spider-Bots that have multiplied out of control!
Believe in the magic, David! Have a fantastic trip,
Kamini
