If I only have a ticket for the Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween Party, am I able to book a dining reservation for 4:45pm? To my knowledge, I should be able to enter the park at 4:00pm?

    Greetings, Foolish Mortal...ummm - I mean, Patricia!

Welcome to planDisney! We are THRILLED you stopped by and are honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! It sounds like you will be visiting during the most SPOOK-tacular time of the year! The MAGIC you already know and love gets a haunting makeover, turning the parks into a whimsical world of pumpkins, villains, and after-dark fun. Every attraction, attraction, and treat feels just a little more enchanting when it’s wrapped up in that Halloween spirit. Trust me, this is going to be a trip filled with laughter, thrills, and memories you will be talking about long after the last firework fades.

So, are you ready for some enchanting news? I am very happy to share with you that if you only have a ticket for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you can still enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 p.m., even though the party itself doesn’t officially start until 7:00 p.m.! That early entry perk is a game-changer because it gives you a solid three extra hours in the park before the party even begins. And yes, that absolutely means you can make a dining reservation for 4:45 p.m. without any problem. By the time your reservation rolls around, you’ll already be inside and ready to enjoy a great meal before the Halloween fun kicks off.

Many guests actually use this exact strategy because it allows them to fuel up before a night of trick-or-treating, exclusive entertainment, and shorter wait times for rides. It’s a smart way to keep from spending valuable party time sitting down for a longer meal once the event is in full swing. Plus, walking into your dining location at 4:45 p.m. feels like the perfect transition since you will be settling in for dinner as the park shifts into its festive, spooky atmosphere. After your meal, you’ll be ready to jump right into the unique offerings of the party like the Boo-to-You Parade, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, and of course, the special Halloween fireworks.

If you have any other questions, don’t be afraid to ask—we’re always here to lend a helping hand! We promise—no tricks, just treats!

    Have a Frightfully Magical day!
