Hello! I have a ticket to mickeys Halloween event but I can not make it that day, is there any way to switch days/events?

    Hi Diana! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh My Gourd! This is a frightful situation. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a cherished event and selling out fast. While these tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, you are allowed to change the date to another day, as long as the event is not sold out on that particular day.

Alternatively, you can use the value of your purchased ticket to another Special Ticketed Event, like Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Please keep in mind, you are applying the value of your current ticket towards your next purchase. If your new event has a higher cost, you are responsible for the price difference. You will need to call the Existing Ticket Help Center for assistance in changing your ticket.

You may want to consider the all-new Disney Jollywood Nights event at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This event will feature a musical variety show with Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy. The night will wrap up with Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! This nighttime spectacular has seasonal music, projections, and special effects.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
