Oh no! I’m so sorry that you purchased the wrong
Disneyland Theme Park Tickets for your trip. The only way to upgrade your theme park tickets is by visiting a
Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth in person. Unfortunately, you are not able to upgrade your theme park tickets over the phone or online in your My Disneyland Account. My biggest concern at this point is that you will need to make a new
theme park reservation when you purchase new tickets. I know with the holidays in full swing,
availability is limited. I recommend
calling the Ticket Service line to speak with a Cast Member and explain your situation. I’m hoping with a little bit of
Pixie Dust, everything will work out.
