Hello, Melissa,
This sounds like a less-than-happy situation. Well, to help you get ready to visit The Happiest Place on Earth, we’ve got to try to help remedy that!
If you purchased your
theme park ticket directly from Disney, you will likely have a confirmation email. Recovering that email may be helpful in recovering a lost ticket. Be sure to check deleted, promotional, and maybe even junk mail folders to hunt down missing correspondence.
You may reprint an unredeemed
Disney eTicket accessed through a link from the confirmation email as many times as you like. Redeemed tickets purchased directly from Disney may sometimes be reprinted at a Main Entrance ticket booth. When making such a request, make sure you have a photo ID and your original form of payment.
If you happen to already have your theme park ticket linked in the Disneyland mobile app, you are welcome to use the code from the “Tickets and Passes” screen to gain admission to the theme parks as well as for access to Lightning Lanes with using the
Disney Genie+ service or
Individual Lightning Lanes.
Tony’s Tip: I love the convenience of digital access to theme park tickets,
unlocking your Disneyland Resort Hotel room, and
immersive in-park and at-home play. To support that extra use of your mobile device, I recommend having a battery pack on hand to recharge your device. I usually leave my device charging while we are sitting down for meals.
Currently, a
theme park reservation is required along with valid theme park admission. In many cases, Guests will automatically book theme park reservations when purchasing the tickets. You can
check your park reservations online. If you happen to have an active theme park reservation and your
ticket linked to your account, you should be in good shape to enter the theme parks. If you are experiencing troubles with linking your tickets or making theme park reservations, you may wish to initiate a chat session in the Disneyland app or call the
Tickets phone line.
I hope that helps get you prepared to visit the Disneyland Resort, Melissa. I hope you have a wonderful time at
Walt Disney's Original Magic Kingdom.
~Tony
